Commission TOS

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms
I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel I am not capable.
Commissioned artworks are for personal use only and is not meant for commercial use.
Feel free to share and post the commission as long as there is credit to me, the artist, and it is the watermarked version.
Commissions cannot be turned into NFTs or used in any re-selling purposes to make profit off of in any way.
Do not sell, steal, trace, edit, or claim the commissioned artwork as your own.
I, the artist, reserve full rights/copyrights in the art made: my own use/promotional needs such as sharing it to via social media, using it on my website and portfolio.
Private Commissions
If you would like your commissioned artwork to remain private (not public, not ever published/posted anywhere), an additional 50% fee will be charged.
Payment & Process
Method of payment is via PayPal or Venmo with the currency of USD.
Full payment is required upfront. I will not start work until I receive the full expected payments.
If I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice. You will have about 48 hours to complete the transaction. If you have not yet paid the expected amount within the time limit given, your commission order will be canceled.
After I have receive the payment, I will begin working. I will update you progress WIP's throughout me working.
Revisions are to be made during the sketching phase. Small, minor revisions are free and acceptable. Will NOT be accepting major revisions, examples: changing pose / concept / composition / clothing / hair / ornaments / accessories.
The finalized commission will be sent to you through email in PNG format in 300 DPI with my signature.
Cancellation
NO cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances once you have paid upfront.
If for whatever reason I decide that I cannot complete a commission that is not the fault of the commissioner, the commissioner is eligible for a full refund regardless of progress.
If I decide that I cannot complete a commission for a reason that is due to the commissioner, a refund will be decided by the artist based upon how much work has been done. [Reason for this action to occur is if the commissioner is repeatedly demanding rush, rude/inappropriate behavior or has gone through a breach against my TOS terms].
If you file a chargeback without my knowledge or permission, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted. You will be forbidden to ever commission from me again and will be blacklisted on my list. I also have the right to file a complaint and have all the rights to the payment you have payed me.
